For career coaches

Your practice,
remembered.

Kaeda sits with every session, files the note, drafts the follow-up, and keeps every client's story current. You coach. It remembers.

  • Mac and Windows
  • Your data lives on your machine
  • Nothing sent without your approval

You became a coach to coach

Drop the recording.
Kaeda does the paperwork.

  • The 90 minutes of admin after every session
  • The CRM you update at 9 pm
  • The follow-up email you rewrite every time

  1. The session lands

Drop the recording or transcript. Kaeda transcribes on your machine; nothing is uploaded.

  2. The note files itself

A structured session note lands in the client’s folder, written to your session type.

  3. The client page updates

Stage, pins, homework, and the things you must not forget, kept current without you.

  4. The follow-ups draft

The CRM note, the client email, and the next session suggestion, written and waiting.

  5. You approve

One review card. Nothing reaches a client or your CRM until you say so.

Ninety minutes of admin becomes one Approve button.

The coaching pipeline board: clients arranged by stage from intro call through placed
Your pipeline by stage. Finish a call, hit New Session, and Kaeda does the writing.

One practice, one memory

Every client gets a page.
Every page stays current.

The vision statement, the DISC read, the things they said once that matter forever. Kaeda keeps one living page per client, so session twelve feels as sharp as session one.

Your notes, private to you
The practice brain you share
Your partner's notes, never on your machine

Run it with the partner who handles the business side and you both work from the same shared memory, while personal notes stay physically separate. Privacy is not a setting here. The other person's private brain simply never exists on your computer.

Inside Kaeda

Calm on the surface.
An engine underneath.

The Kaeda assistant with multiple sessions, a serif greeting, and model and trust controls
The assistant is everywhere. It sees what you see, reads your brain, and speaks coach, not software.
The content library: drafted social posts, an event promo email, and a visual brief with statuses
Content in your voice. Social posts, event promos, and emails drafted on-brand, waiting for your copy or send.
The dashboard: a generated daily brief beside the brain map, calendar, and automations
Your day, briefed. Kaeda reads your calendar, inbox, and pipeline overnight and hands you the morning in one card.

Built like it handles client work, because it does

Your brain is markdown files on your machine. Open them in anything. Leave anytime.

Approval gates

Anything outbound, an email, a CRM note, a booking, waits for your one click.

Reversible by design

Every change Kaeda makes can be undone. A restore point precedes every automation.

Why Kaeda exists

Kaeda started as a gift. My parents run a career coaching practice, and I watched two people who love coaching spend their evenings on admin. So I built the tool I wished they had: one that remembers every client, files every session, and drafts every follow-up, without asking them to become technical.

They run their practice on it every day. Now it can run yours.

Questions, answered plainly

FAQ

What exactly is Kaeda?

A desktop app for career coaches. It keeps a living memory of your whole practice, turns session recordings into filed notes and drafted follow-ups, and puts an assistant beside you that already knows your clients. It runs on your computer, not in a browser tab.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can drop a file and click Approve, you can run Kaeda. There are no prompts to write and no settings you have to understand. The app was built for working coaches first, and its first two users would tell you they are not computer people.

Where does my client data live?

On your machine, as plain files you can open and read yourself. Kaeda is not a cloud CRM. Recordings are transcribed locally, your brain never leaves your computer, and anything outbound waits for your approval.

Do I need a Claude subscription?

Yes. Kaeda thinks with Claude, and each seat signs in with its own Claude account (Pro, from Anthropic, is recommended). That keeps your usage on your account and your data under your agreement with Anthropic, not pooled through ours.

Mac or Windows?

Both. Mac leads, Windows ships alongside it, and both update themselves automatically.

Can I buy it today?

Kaeda is in early access with a small group of coaches. Create an account and you are on the list; seats open in waves and billing only starts when yours does.

I coach with a partner who runs the business side. Does Kaeda fit that?

That is exactly what the Practice plan is for: two seats, one shared practice brain, and the content library for the partner doing marketing, events, and outreach. Personal notes stay private to each of you.

Coach more.
Admin less.

Your next client deserves the coach, not the paperwork.
